Sequence of Events

• June 15, 2012 Dr. Agarwal enters into an mou with Daffohils – a Pharma manufacturing unit in Selaqui. He becomes MD. In mou 99% of shares were to be transferred to Dr. Agarwal for investing 1 crore rupees.
• At the same time Colette becomes a check signatory.
• In October Colette became a Director affirmed by Inderpal Singh Chawla ( the original owner) & Dr. Agarwal
• Rajesh Salunke was hired as operations manager
• Venkat & Prasad owners of Omega manufacture their product Robocoff at Daffohils.
• In Dec 2014 Rajesh Salunke was arrested.
• In Jan 2015 Colette was arrested from IGIA
• In Feb 2015 Venkat Reddy arrested.
• Bail application applied in April & decision given in Nov 2015.
• Colette was on interim bail for 2 months due to life threatening illnesses she acquired in JAIL.
• Second bail application applied June 2016- withdrawn Dec 2016.
• Only 1 witness has been partially examined PW1 & only by 1 of the accused.
• There was a High Court order to complete the trial by June 18, 2016 – that did not happen.
• Colette is currently admitted in hospital for numerous infections. The hospital has given a letter to this effect.
• Hope to apply for extended medical medical bail from Supreme court.
• My current lawyer is resubmitting medical bail in HC this week, which will be rejected.
• In August 2015 the other Director Inderpal Singh was arrested. Since he never transferred the shares of the company in accordance withy mou an FIR was filed against him.
• The MD – Dr. Agarwal is in the USA but Narcotics Agency is attempting to extradite him.
